In the latest release of Juriba DPC you can:
Use dynamic colour ranges on dashboard card widgets
Effortlessly reorder pages in self-service
Here is what’s new and improved.
The date filters on lists have been enhanced to enable filtering relative to another date to help you identify scheduling conflicts. For example, this feature can be used to find devices scheduled for migration in one project that clash or overlap with another project’s timeline.
We’ve added a new self-service status column to lists allowing you to track which users have opened, started, or completed their tasks. This can be leveraged for status reporting and automations such as email reminders.
You can now reset self-service statuses using bulk update, making it easier to restart the process—especially when devices change owners.
Reordering self-service pages in the builder is now much easier, they can simply be dragged and dropped into the desired position.
We’ve added a check to ensure the slot selected by the end-user is still available before confirmation. If a slot is taken, the end-user is asked to choose a different one.
We are expanding the capabilities of Juriba DPC to incorporate application vulnerabilities into the view we provide into your digital workplace. In future releases, we will help link these vulnerabilities to your applications automatically. We will also provide insights into those applications using Juriba KB. Read about the plans for Juriba KB in our blog Juriba KB: A new era of application insights and automation.
By adding this capability you will be able to use vulnerability information to drive remediation activities and to augment existing transformations by, for example, targeting devices most at risk from vulnerabilities with upgrades ahead of those with less risk.
In this release, vulnerabilities you have imported and linked to your applications using our API can be visualised across the application, in existing device and application lists, and global search, and on the new All Application Vulnerabilities list and vulnerability details pages. Read the [Release Notes] to see all the places where vulnerability information can be used.
We’ve updated card widgets so you can now set the colour of the text based on a range of values. Meaning you can easily display totals in a specific colour when they exceed a defined threshold.
Adding multiple CC and BCC recipients to project emails helps keep the supporting teams informed. This ensures teams automatically receive copies of emails sent to users in the project. Previously only one CC and BCC address could be added, now you can include multiple.
When you navigate away from a list you’ve changed but not saved, a prompt will remind you to save your changes.
