We are proud to share that Juriba has been recognized as a Sample Vendor in three separate 2025 Gartner® Hype Cycle™ reports (Accessible to Gartner clients only):

We believe this recognition highlights Juriba’s ongoing commitment to helping large enterprises simplify and automate digital workplace maintenance and transition at scale.

Digital Platform Conductors are a response to the growing Modern Workplace complexity

As a Modern Workplace or IT leader, you are under constant pressure to deliver faster, more secure, and more predictable change across increasingly hybrid, distributed environments. What might have worked in the past, such as cobbled-together tools, siloed teams, and big-bang migrations, no longer works in organizations responsible for thousands of users, devices, applications, and dependencies.

"Siloed infrastructure management tools do not provide an integrated view of infrastructure and digital workplace systems across all environments. Infrastructure and operations (I&O) leaders also need help with filling gaps in visibility, assurance, and coordination to enable composable business, optimize costs, and reduce risks. DPC tools are positioned to help close these gaps and maximize the value the enterprise obtains from infrastructure and digital workplace investments."

- Gartner, Hype Cycle for Infrastructure Platforms, 2025

This is where Digital Platform Conductors (DPCs) come in. As defined by Gartner, “Digital platform conductor (DPC) tools optimize the management of IT infrastructure costs, operations, and life cycles by aggregating disparate data and supporting federated management across all environments and locations."

“Digital Platform Conductors are expected to hit mainstream adoption within the next 5-10 years, and they’re critical to supporting everything from hybrid work to AI readiness. They are a "high benefit" innovation."

- Gartner, Hype Cycle for Data Center Infrastructure Technologies, 2025.

Juriba recognized in all three Gartner® Hype Cycle™ reports for 2025

Against this backdrop, Juriba has been recognized as a Sample Vendor for Digital Platform Conductor Tools in all three of the following 2025 Gartner Hype Cycle reports.

In each of the Hype Cycles, Juriba is recognized under the Digital Platform Conductor Tools category—which, in our view, is a strategic innovation that Gartner places at the center of enterprise modernization.

We believe this recognition reflects Juriba’s leadership in enabling enterprise-scale IT transitions through orchestration, automation, and intelligent governance. Here’s what that means in each context:

Hype Cycle for Infrastructure Platforms, 2025

The Gartner Hype Cycle for Infrastructure Platforms, 2025, states "Infrastructure platforms support enterprise requirements for agility and resilience when enabling enterprise IT strategies and digital ambitions. Heads of infrastructure and IT operations should leverage this Hype Cycle to prepare for the delivery of effective infrastructure platform capabilities."

Gartner, Hype Cycle for Infrastructure Platforms, 2025, Dennis Smith, 1 July 2025

Hype Cycle for I&O Automation, 2025

In the Gartner Hype Cycle for I&O Automation, 2025 Juriba was recognized as a Sample Vendor in the "Digital Platform Conductor Tools" category in the Hype Cycle for I&O Automation, 2025. This report states "Automation is a critical enabler of infrastructure and operations, delivering greater value, efficiency and agility. Heads of I&O considering automation can use this Hype Cycle to deliver these efficiencies, drive innovations, upskill their teams using AI, and optimize cost and value of their services."

Hype Cycle for Data Center Infrastructure Technologies, 2025

Finally, Juriba was again named as a Sample Vendor in the “Digital Platform Conductor Tools” category in the Gartner Hype Cycle For Data Center Infrastructure Technologies. This report states "Secure, resilient, modular and scalable data centers are top priority for heads of I&O, but they must also optimize costs and track emerging technology trends. This Hype Cycle covers innovations that redefine data center infrastructure, drive transformation and strengthen IT platforms."

Why it matters

DPCs are not just another IT buzzword. They address some of the most painful and persistent challenges that infrastructure and digital workplace leaders face today:

  • Fragmented data makes it difficult to plan transitions with confidence.
  • Manual workflows increase time-to-value, cost, and risk of human error.
  • Siloed tools mean duplicated effort, lack of visibility, and inconsistent execution.
  • Security and compliance suffer when unmanaged applications or untracked assets fall through the cracks.
  • Business expectations for seamless, self-service digital experiences are rising fast.

In this context, having a centralized, intelligent layer to orchestrate all IT change at scale is no longer optional. DPCs enable organizations to deliver change as a product, not just a project. They help IT move from reactive firefighting to proactive service delivery.
